BC walked down the streets of America, huddling herself for warmth. It was late winter, almost spring, and she had nothing but the clothes on her back for warmth. Rubbing her belly, she wished she had something to eat. She had nothing to sell, and nowhere to go. She had sold her laptop, and favourite DVD awhile back, and her bag had only the basics: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, a wash cloth, and two spare pairs of underwear.
A nearby scream caused her to look up. A ginger-haired person, with short hair spiked out the sides, wearing black singlet-shorts (as the outfit was a one-piece) with grey and black boots, and matching fingerless gloves with one gem in the middle of each, was throwing mini-smoke bombs, and cackling at the frightened expressions people made as they tried to escape. "Stop that!" BC called, rushing towards the green-eyed person, who laughed wildly at her.
"Y'call THAT a costume? I call it junk! I seen better outfits on the homeless!"
BC blushed deeply, but chose to ignore the response from the decidedly crazy person in front of her. She wasn't sure WHAT gender this strange character before her was, nor did she care. "L-LEAVE THOSE PEOPLE ALONE!" She yelled. "Fine then," the person smirked evilly. "I guess I'll jus' start on you!"
BC dodged the bombs, just barely. She held her hands in front of her, cupped sideways, and pulled them closer. The villain flew towards her, arms held at their sides by an invisible force. "I'll tell you again, leave them alone." "Who's gonna make me?" "I am." BC pushed her arms out, letting go as soon as they got to full reach, and the villain hurtled into a nearby building. The villain responded by cracking their neck left, then right, and throwing five bombs BC's way. BC dodged as far as she could, but one was still coming at her. She screamed, crouching down and covering her face. And then. . .
Poof, she was elsewhere, arms surrounding her. Looking up, BC looked at the man, who put her down, and tipped his small, brown bowler hat with a green stripe around the base at her. He looked so different, so colourful, and he pulled it off so well. He had curly strawberry blond hair, and was wearing a white shirt, purple vest, bowtie, green pants, and brown shoes. "M'name's Scarecrow." The man spoke with an obvious accent. "Wha's yours?"
(I had never heard of another with that name until my friend informed me there's apparently one in Batman. . . I thought I was so original)
"BC." BC blushed, feeling rather like an inferior copycat. "Nice t'meet you, BC." Scarecrow teleported the two back into the fray. "Now, c'mon, let's see whatcha got." He flew around the villain, teleporting, and getting punches here and there. Eli managed to block many of the bombs, and even threw one back, all telepathically.
"Y'did good, kid." Scarecrow smiled, ruffling BC's hair. "Where abouts are you from?" "Uhh. . ." BC blushed. "Never mind then." Scarecrow replied. "Come'n live with me." "Oh, I couldn't really burden-" "No burden, we have one spare room. I was jus' out looking for an extra hero, when Boom attacked." "Boom?" "Yeah, Boom. She's a right brat that one, but I quite like her brother." Scarecrow said this with a wink, and BC couldn't help but wonder if it meant something.
"C'mon, Kiddo." Scarecrow took BC's hand, and ported (teleported, fyi) before the girl had time to argue.

Erec 2.0 (Part 1)
Bei der Queen und ihren Schnecken
da war der Erec, den seine Homies unter Erec Videroilach kannten und der tüchtig und glücklich war,
und von dem die Story hier handelt.
Da ritten se eine Weile nebeneinander her,

Puppet Strings

There's only so much stress and struggle a man can take
It's just a matter of conditions, you bend or you break
And most unfortunate, we get absorbed in it
You line us up and pull the strings with a score to be hit
:32
You sit and tell us that we're evil, you scream and you holler
But you're the one who's picking partners by dollars an hour
Expecting to be treated gently, a delicate flower
I hope you're listening intently, your presence is sour
:43
I could go without your life or wants
Free to be without your idle taunts
When I take your life away from mine
It seems I'm happy, seems I'm feeling fine
:52
...But then you make it back to
