Little Female Kauri Spider

"They grow to another quarter bigger again" "Wait, what?"

Basically, these types of spiders are found in our kauri trees (Look up "Tane Mahuta" (Tar-nay mah-hooter) for more info, and a great history lesson) of which we had one up they back. This one was found in my parent's bed, thanks to their love for warmth. They're not poisonous, and are really quite gentle when they DO bite, (so says mum, but I'm not gonna check to see) so they're just vicious-looking. . .

That was just a small female, and the black fulla is my dad. So, yeah, he's my niuean side. . .

But yeah, that was the spider. And that was my father. . .
